C.H.A.N.G.E. Retreat
Change is inevitable. Preparation is not. This retreat changes all of that.
In our culture, women are rarely taught how to meet change—only how to endure it quietly or push through it quickly. We move from girlhood to womanhood, from one season of life to another, often without language, ritual, or support for the inner shifts that accompany these passages.

Transitions arrive whether we are ready or not: relationships change, identities shift, roles evolve, grief and desire coexist. Yet there are few spaces that invite women to slow down, listen to what the body and heart are experiencing, and honor change as a meaningful threshold rather than a personal failure.

This retreat offers something different. A pause. A place to stand in the in-between and learn how to be present with change—without rushing it, fixing it, or performing strength. Here, change is not treated as something to conquer, but as a natural rite of passage that deserves care, attention, and reverence.
Change is often frightening—because growth asks us to leave familiar ground. Even when something no longer fits, it can still feel safer than the unknown. The nervous system prefers what it recognizes, not what is best for us. So when change appears, fear is a natural response—not a sign that something is wrong, but a signal that something is shifting.
Growth doesn’t happen by adding more to our lives while everything else stays the same. It happens when old structures loosen: identities, roles, expectations, patterns of coping. That loosening can feel destabilizing before it feels liberating.Yet without change, growth stalls. We remain in cycles that once served us but no longer reflect who we are becoming.
Change is the movement that allows life to keep unfolding—stretching us beyond what we’ve already mastered and inviting new capacity, resilience, and self-trust to emerge. The goal is not to eliminate fear, but to learn how to walk with it—slowly, honestly, and with support—so that growth can occur without abandoning ourselves in the process.
Growth asks us to leave the familiar.
Change is the boat that carries us across the waters of the unknown.
It's scary, yes, but it's also leading us exactly to the life we are ready to live.
Change is a rite of passage. Resistance is sacred friction. Impatience is the soul’s fire.
The C.H.A.N.G.E Retreat is a one-day retreat for women ready to meet resistance, feel their impatience, and stand fully in the doorway of becoming—even when the journey feels uncomfortable.

This day is designed for women who are standing in the in-between—feeling restless, impatient, or stretched by life’s transitions. Change can make us want things to happen faster, stir longing, or ignite a quiet urgency in the body.
The C.H.A.N.G.E Retreat offers a container to explore these feelings safely, with tools to meet resistance, honor impatience, ignite your inner fire, and step into clarity at your own pace.

This retreat is not about fixing or performing—it’s about being present in the doorway, honoring what is, and discovering what wants to be born.

In this retreat, you will be held in a compassionate, non-judgmental container, where every feeling—fear, curiosity, excitement, or resistance—is welcomed.

I bring years of experience guiding women through threshold work, somatic practices, energy healing, and ritual, offering gentle support and tools to help you meet change with courage and clarity. You will not be rushed or asked to perform; instead, you will be supported in discovering your own pace, your own insights, and the life that is ready to emerge.
