Learn Reiki
Improve the Quality of Life for Yourself, Your Family and Your Future Clients
Reiki Level 1 & 2 training is a comprehensive and transformative journey that connects you to the energy of the universe, enabling you to heal and balance yourself and others. This training typically spans two stages, each with its own unique focus and set of practices. Here's a detailed description of each level:

Reiki Level 1 (Shoden: The First Teaching)
Level 1, also known as Shoden, is the foundational stage of Reiki training. It introduces you to the hands-on healing techniques and the basic principles of Reiki, which will serve as the cornerstone for your healing journey.

Core Concepts:
-
Introduction to Reiki Energy: You will learn that Reiki is a universal life force energy that flows through all living things. The word "Reiki" comes from the Japanese words "rei" (universal) and "ki" (life force energy). This energy can be channeled to facilitate healing, balance, and alignment.
-
Self-Healing: The first step in your Reiki journey is self-healing. Through specific techniques, you will learn how to direct Reiki energy to yourself for relaxation, stress reduction, and emotional healing. This is an important part of personal development, as it helps you clear emotional blockages and maintain a healthy energy balance.
-
Attunements: One of the most significant aspects of Reiki training is receiving "attunements" from your teacher. These attunements are sacred processes that help to open your energy channels, allowing you to become a clear vessel for Reiki energy. They activate your ability to channel Reiki more effectively.
-
The Hand Positions: In Level 1, you will be taught the basic hand positions for healing. These positions are applied to specific areas of the body to help remove blockages and promote healing. The hands are placed lightly on or above the body, and Reiki energy flows to the recipient through the palms.
-
The Reiki Principles: The Reiki principles, known as the Five Reiki Precepts, are part of your training. These are simple but powerful guidelines that promote inner peace and spiritual growth:
-
Just for today, I will not be angry.
-
Just for today, I will not worry.
-
Just for today, I will be grateful.
-
Just for today, I will do my work honestly.
-
Just for today, I will be kind to every living thing.
-
Through learning and practicing these principles, you align with the Reiki energy and integrate mindfulness and compassion into your life.

Practical Applications:
-
Hands-on Healing: In Level 1, you will practice giving Reiki to yourself and others using the hand positions you learn. You'll develop sensitivity to the energy, allowing you to feel areas of tension, pain, or imbalances in the recipient's body.
-
Clearing Blockages: You'll learn to identify and clear emotional and physical blockages by channeling Reiki energy into the body. This promotes healing and helps release stagnant energy.
Energy Sensitivity:

A key part of Level 1 training is enhancing your sensitivity to energy. You’ll begin to notice subtle sensations, such as warmth, tingling, or a sense of heaviness, as the energy flows through you. This increased awareness will be essential for both your personal growth and your ability to heal others.

Reiki Level 2 (Okuden: The Hidden Teachings)

Level 2, or Okuden, takes your Reiki practice deeper. At this level, you learn to work with symbols and mantras, and you develop the ability to send healing energy over long distances (also known as distant healing). This is where the spiritual and healing aspects of Reiki truly expand.

Core Concepts:
-
The Symbols and Mantras: In Level 2, you are introduced to sacred symbols and mantras that enhance the power of your healing work. These symbols act as focal points, helping you channel Reiki energy with greater precision and intensity. Each symbol has its own unique energy, and you will learn how to use them in your practice.
-
Cho Ku Rei: The symbol of power, it is used to focus and amplify Reiki energy.
-
Sei He Ki: The symbol for emotional and mental healing, it helps balance emotions and release negative thought patterns.
-
Hon Sha Ze Sho Nen: The symbol for distant healing, it allows you to send Reiki energy across time and space to others, even if they are far away
-

-
Attunements: During this level, you will receive additional attunements that allow you to work with these symbols and enhance your ability to send energy over distance.
-
Distant Healing: One of the most powerful aspects of Level 2 is the ability to send Reiki energy to someone who is not physically present. Using the Hon Sha Ze Sho Nen symbol, you can direct Reiki to others across any distance, even across time zones or centuries. This method is useful for healing past trauma, sending love and support to people, or even healing situations.

Practical Applications:

-
Mental and Emotional Healing: Level 2 Reiki gives you tools for addressing mental and emotional challenges. Through the use of symbols, you will be able to send healing energy to emotional wounds, traumatic memories, and mental blocks. This helps clear patterns of negativity, anxiety, and stress.
-
Advanced Healing Techniques: You'll learn more advanced techniques for healing, such as using the symbols to clear past-life traumas or to assist with spiritual growth. The mantras and symbols deepen your connection to Reiki energy and enable more complex healing processes.
-
Integration of Mind, Body, and Spirit: Level 2 also focuses on integrating the healing energies of Reiki with your mind, body, and spirit. You’ll work on aligning these aspects to foster holistic healing, where your entire being is balanced and energized.
Energy Sensitivity:
As you progress to Level 2, your energy sensitivity continues to evolve. You may experience even more subtle sensations, and you’ll be able to perceive the energetic imbalances in others with greater clarity. Your intuition will grow stronger, and you may begin to sense past emotions or memories stored within the energy field.
