The Spiral Journey Retreat is a deeply transformative, in-person, sacred experience designed for women seeking to break free from limitations and heal on a profound level. This 1-to-1 intensive retreat offers a safe, nurturing space where I work with you to help you release old patterns, step into your true power, and embrace the fullness of who you are.
Through a completely customized and curated experience, I will guide you through a blend of sacred ceremony, guided meditation, energy healing, and empowerment coaching, all designed to help you reconnect with your inner wisdom, heal emotional wounds, and shift into a higher state of self-love and empowerment.

My Invitation to Your Heart, Soul and Higher Self
The retreat invites you to slow down and shift into a clearer mindset, letting go of your daily life while you journey into your deepest knowing, connecting with your higher self. The pace of the retreat is constantly flexing as we go so that each activity is meaningful rather than just checking a box and moving on.
The retreat house and environment is casual, comfy and private and takes place both indoors and outdoors, taking advantage of the beautiful, serene scenery of nature. This balanced time can lend to deeper reflections and personal evaluation.
As your guide, I help facilitate the necessary processes and methods to help you achieve results you are seeking. Some life challenges may require more time and many women have come back to additional Spiral Journey retreats to continue their deep inner work. We can assess that at the end of the experience.

$400 (+ Virginia Tax and credit card processing fees)
2 Payment Plan Available
$150 deposit (first payment, non-refundable. Due at time of booking. You may book up to 3 months in advance.)
$250 payable up to the day of retreat (either auto-debited or made in person upon arrival)

Please Note
The retreat scheduling requires at least a two-week notice prior to your desired date in order to plan and accommodate your needs. The retreat takes place in Madison County, Virginia, only 2 hours from Washington, D.C., 1.5 hours from Richmond, VA, 1.5 hours from Northern Virginia, 1 hour from Fredericksburg, VA, and only 30 minutes from Charlottesville, VA.
